Singing Stars Flock to Colorado in July

The inaugural Mile High Music Festival has officially announced is oh-so-fabulous singing line-up, including DCN favorites, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and the Dave Matthews Band (who DCN saw in concert in 1998).

This two-day music festival will take place on July 19th and 20th at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City (pictured left) and will cost a steep $150 per person for a two-day pass. Tix go on sale on March 20 (for KBCO Interactive members) and March 29 (for the rest of us).

Other rock and pop veterans scheduled to perform include The Black Crowes, John Mayer, and Steve Winwood. There will also be several up-and-coming acts that most of us haven't heard of including Florbots, Citizen Cope, Born in the Flood, and Colbie Caillat (OK, I've heard of Colbie - she's got a fabulous voice!).

By the way, DCN has also seen Dave Matthews in person in Chicago, walking along the Mag Mile in 2006. He is very tall and handsome - a can't miss. If you see him in town, email DCN immediately!
